LA Captain is a Charter Fishing Boat Captain, Police Scanner Enthusiast, and Snake Dad located in the Los Angeles, California area.

LA Captain's goal is to Promote ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY with Local Law Enforcement and First Responders!! We support our local LEO's and First Responders. We also believe in our 1st Amendment rights of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press. The two are not mutually exclusive!
